Introduction
방사능에 노출된지 수년 내지 수십 년이 지나야 비로소 증상[효력]이 나타나는 방사능 장애를 말함.


Definition
Side effects of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy which only become apparent with long-term monitoring
of the patient over a period of years.
These are of particular concern in patients below the age of puberty.
